15 NEW Power Tools from Milwaukee, Hilti, Makita, Bosch, and more!
The World of Concrete is one of the biggest construction trade shows of the year, bringing together major tool manufacturers, concrete contractors, equipment specialists, and jobsite technology companies from around the world. At the 2026 show in Las Vegas, we walked the floor looking for the most impressive new power tools, accessories, storage systems, and construction technology.
This year’s lineup included new releases and previews from Milwaukee, Hilti, Makita, Bosch, DeWalt, Diamond Products, Spyder, MAX USA, and more. From cordless concrete breakers and framing nailers to battery-powered table saws and workforce-management software, these products show how quickly professional jobsite equipment continues to evolve.
Makita XGT Impact Driver
Makita started the show with a new XGT impact driver designed to deliver more power without adding unnecessary size. According to Makita, this is the most powerful impact driver the company has produced while still maintaining a compact, easy-to-handle design.
The tool offers four speed settings, giving users more control when switching between lighter fastening work and demanding applications. Makita representatives highlighted a torque rating of 240 inch-pounds during the demonstration.
For contractors already working on the Makita XGT platform, this impact driver adds another high-performance option for everyday fastening, framing, installation, and assembly work.
Hilti TE 1000-22 Cordless Breaker
Hilti continues to grow its 22V Nuron lineup with tools that deliver performance normally associated with corded equipment. One of the biggest examples at the show was the TE 1000-22 cordless breaker.
The TE 1000-22 operates on a single Nuron battery and keeps the familiar inline design of Hilti’s corded TE 1000 breaker. It also features new side handles designed to make the tool easier to control and reposition.
A standout feature is User Force Control. When activated, the tool adjusts its power output based on how much pressure the operator applies. This allows the user to perform more controlled chiseling around material that needs to remain protected, while still providing full power when maximum demolition performance is required.
Hilti recommends the breaker for concrete applications up to approximately four inches thick. The tool weighs under 30 pounds and was presented as a lighter, lower-vibration alternative to the comparable corded model.
Bosch 18V 30-Degree Framing Nailer
Bosch introduced a new 30-degree cordless framing nailer designed for contractors who use clipped-head paper-collated nails.
One of the most practical features is its serviceable internal air tank. If performance begins to drop after thousands of shots, users can access the top of the tool and refill the tank with compressed air or a basic hand pump. That could help reduce downtime and eliminate the need to send the nailer in for routine pressure-related service.
The nailer also features an aggressive nosepiece for better grip during toenailing applications. Sequential and bump-fire operating modes allow users to select the firing style that best matches the job.
Bosch 18V 21-Degree Framing Nailer
Alongside the 30-degree model, Bosch also showed a 21-degree cordless framing nailer for users who prefer full-round-head, plastic-collated nails.
The tool is engineered to drive nails up to 3-1/2 inches and provide performance similar to a pneumatic framing nailer without requiring an air hose or external compressor. Bosch estimated that driver-blade replacement may not be needed until approximately 50,000 to 60,000 shots, depending on use.
Both Bosch framing nailers were announced at approximately $429, with availability originally scheduled around June 1, 2026.
DeWalt POWERSHIFT Breaker
DeWalt brought a heavy-duty cordless breaker powered by the company’s POWERSHIFT battery system.
The breaker (DW-DCH966Z2K) delivers approximately 45 joules of impact energy, an increase over the existing FLEXVOLT version. DeWalt also stated that vibration was reduced by about 20 percent, helping decrease operator fatigue during demanding demolition work.
The breaker includes wireless tool control that can communicate with a compatible dust extractor. When the breaker starts, the extractor can turn on automatically, reducing the need for the operator to repeatedly walk between the tool and dust-management equipment.
Diamond Products CP 40 Hydraulic Power Pack
Not every major innovation at World of Concrete was battery-powered. Diamond Products displayed the CP 40 hydraulic power pack, a 40-horsepower system designed to supply hydraulic power to specialized concrete-cutting equipment.
The CP 40 can operate hydraulic ring saws, wall saws, wire saws, chainsaws, and other professional cutting tools. These systems are particularly useful for indoor work where gas-powered equipment may not be appropriate because of exhaust fumes.
Diamond Products offers different engine configurations, including direct-fuel-injected Honda and Briggs & Stratton Vanguard options, as well as an electric version. The system is made to order, allowing professional cutting contractors to select the configuration that fits their operation.
Diamond Products Hydraulic Concrete Chainsaw
The hydraulic chainsaw displayed alongside the CP 40 was built specifically for cutting concrete. Instead of traditional wood-cutting teeth, the chain uses diamond segments.
These saws can accommodate bars up to approximately 26 inches long, allowing contractors to finish deep cuts that standard circular concrete saws cannot complete. They are especially useful for creating clean corners in window and door openings.
A circular blade cannot cut completely into a square corner because of its shape. A concrete chainsaw allows the operator to finish the remaining material without excessively overcutting the opening.
Hilti ProKit Modular Storage System
Hilti is expanding beyond tools with the ProKit modular storage system. Although modular toolboxes have been available for years, Hilti designed ProKit around simple, one-handed operation.
Cases feature automatic latching, allowing the lid to lock when it closes. Boxes can also be released from a stack with a single button. The rear-hinge system allows certain boxes to remain open while attached, turning the stack into a mobile workstation for reviewing plans, organizing small parts, or accessing tools.
Hilti previewed several upcoming additions, including a three-drawer box, a large single-drawer box, wall storage, half-width organizers, totes, bags, water-management storage, and integrated cordless vacuums.
Blåkläder 1690 Ripstop Work Pants
World of Concrete was not limited to power tools. Blåkläder displayed the 1690 Ripstop Work Pants, designed for contractors who need durability without the weight of traditional heavy workwear.
The pants feature ripstop fabric, Cordura-reinforced knee-pad pockets, reinforced pocket edges, a stretch gusset, triple-stitched seams, and additional protection around common wear points.
Blåkläder described the pants as significantly lighter than traditional denim while still being built for demanding concrete, masonry, and construction work. Integrated knee-pad compatibility makes them especially practical for bricklayers, finishers, flooring professionals, and other tradespeople who frequently work close to the ground.
Makita Dual-Platform Green Rotary Laser
Makita introduced a green rotary laser capable of operating on either LXT or XGT batteries. Users can swap battery trays depending on which Makita platform they already own.
The laser provides 360-degree coverage with a working range of up to approximately 2,600 feet when used with the receiver. It also includes a remote control, helping a single operator make adjustments without constantly walking back to the laser.
For contractors managing multiple Makita battery systems, the dual-platform design could make it easier to keep the laser running without investing in a separate power source.
Hilti Nuron Cordless Table Saw
Hilti entered a new category with its first cordless table saw, the Nuron SCT 6-22.
The saw uses a 10-inch blade and provides up to 3-1/2 inches of cutting depth with a 26-1/4-inch rip capacity. Safety accessories, including the blade guard, riving knife, anti-kickback pawls, and push stick, store directly on the saw.
It also features Fast Stop technology to bring the blade to a stop quickly after the power button is pressed. During the show, the saw was paired with Hilti’s high-capacity B 22-290 Nuron battery and a gravity-rise stand, creating a mobile cordless setup for professional jobsites.
Bosch 18V Outdoor Power Equipment Line
One of the biggest surprises at the Bosch booth was an expanded line of 18V outdoor power equipment.
The lineup included a compact pruning saw, hedge trimmer (GHE18V-60-2N), string trimmer (GRT18V-40N), pole hedge trimmer (GHE18V-50TPN), chainsaw (GKE18V-40N), and extendable pole saw. The pruning saw features a visible oil reservoir and an automatic shutoff system designed to stop the chain after completing a cut.
Bosch’s move into outdoor power equipment gives existing 18V battery users more ways to use the batteries they already own. The tools are intended for property maintenance, landscaping, tree trimming, cleanup, and general outdoor work.
Milwaukee M18 and M12 Four-Bay Simultaneous Super Charger
Milwaukee displayed a new four-bay simultaneous Super Chargers:
– M18 & M12 Four Bay Simultaneous Super Charger w/ PACKOUT Compatibility (48-59-1818)
– M18 Dual Bay Simultaneous Super Charger w/ 4 Point Mounting (48-59-1816)
– MX FUEL REDLITHIUM FORGE HD12.0 BATTERY/SUPER CHARGER EXPANSION (MXFSC-1HD12)
– MX FUEL Rapid Charger (MXFRC)
designed to reduce battery downtime for crews using multiple cordless tools.
The charger includes four charging bays, with two hybrid ports that support both M18 and M12 batteries. It also uses Milwaukee’s COOL-CYCLE technology to move air through compatible M18 FORGE battery packs, improving cooling and charging performance.
Milwaukee stated that the charger can fully charge four M18 FORGE HD12.0 batteries in approximately 90 minutes. It is also PACKOUT compatible, allowing it to mount on a PACKOUT stack or compatible wall plate.
For crews running high-demand concrete, drilling, cutting, or demolition equipment, faster simultaneous charging could make a significant difference in daily productivity.
Spyder Tarantula Carbide Reciprocating Saw Blade
Spyder attended World of Concrete with a new line of carbide reciprocating saw blades.
The featured six-inch Tarantula carbide blade was demonstrated cutting heavy cast-iron pipe. The blade uses large carbide teeth designed for thick metal and demanding demolition applications.
Carbide reciprocating saw blades can be especially valuable for plumbers, mechanical contractors, demolition crews, and maintenance professionals who regularly encounter cast iron, heavy steel, and other materials that can quickly wear down standard bi-metal blades.
Makita XGT Steel Rod Flush Cutter
Makita also previewed a new XGT steel rod flush cutter designed to cut reinforcing rod and threaded rod extremely close to a concrete surface.
Compared with the existing LXT version, the XGT model was described as cutting approximately 30 percent faster. It can cut just under 3/32 inch from the surface, compared with approximately 1/8 inch for the LXT model.
The cutter produces a cold, clean cut without the heat, sparks, or heavy burrs associated with abrasive cutting. That means users may be able to handle the material immediately and thread a nut onto the rod without additional grinding.
Makita also replaced the previous lock-off control with a paddle-style switch for easier operation. The XGT version was scheduled for a summer 2026 launch, although pricing had not been announced during the show.
More Jobsite Technology from Hilti, MAX USA, and DeWalt
The 15 featured products were only part of what the team discovered at World of Concrete.
Hilti demonstrated Crew Center, a workforce-management platform that allows employees, supervisors, and foremen to clock in, assign work activities, apply cost codes, and send real-time labor information back to the office. The system was in a North American pilot phase, with a broader launch planned later in 2026.
MAX USA introduced a screw pinner that drives specially designed fasteners into steel with the speed of a nailer while still allowing them to be removed like screws. The system uses MAX’s PowerLite high-pressure compressor, which produces up to 500 PSI for fastening into heavy-gauge steel and similar materials.
DeWalt also displayed a cordless duplex nailer for concrete formwork. Duplex nails have two heads, allowing them to be driven as temporary fasteners and removed after concrete forms are stripped. DeWalt described the tool as an 8.7-pound battery-powered system compatible with common 8-penny and 16-penny duplex nails.
What These New Tools Mean for Construction Professionals
The biggest trend at World of Concrete 2026 was not simply more power. Manufacturers are focusing on reducing downtime, making cordless tools more capable, improving dust management, simplifying storage, and helping contractors manage both equipment and employees more efficiently.
Cordless breakers are replacing tools that once required extension cords. Table saws, framing nailers, lasers, and heavy concrete equipment are becoming more portable. Battery chargers are supporting entire crews instead of one tool at a time. Even storage systems are becoming mobile workstations rather than simple boxes.
For contractors, that means more flexibility and fewer interruptions on the jobsite. The most valuable new tool may not always be the one with the highest power rating. It may be the one that keeps the crew moving, prevents a trip back to the shop, reduces fatigue, or eliminates a time-consuming manual process.
