New Power Tools from Milwaukee, Harbor Freight, DeWALT, and Kreg!

This week’s Tool Show delivered another packed lineup of releases and updates across the tool industry. From Milwaukee expanding their Force Logic press tools, to DeWalt bringing pipe deburring cordless, to Craig refreshing one of their bestselling accessories, there’s plenty to cover.

Craig Rip Cut Edge Guide Gets a Major Refresh

Kreg’s Rip&Cut Circular Saw Edge Guide has been a staple for woodworkers breaking down sheet goods. The latest redesign improves setup speed, accuracy, and versatility. The new sled is universal, working with left or right blade circular saws, worm drives, trim routers, and even jigsaws. A black anodized measuring scale makes settings easier to see, while one adjustment lets you rip up to 24 inches wide repeatedly. It’s priced at $49.99 and available now.

Harbor Freight Bower 20V Caulk & Adhesive Gun

Harbor Freight’s Bower lineup added a cordless 20V caulk and adhesive gun that pushes out 550 lbs. of force. With five speed settings, anti-drip retraction, a puncture tool, and all-metal gearing, it’s built for heavy-duty adhesives and sealants. At just $39.99, it’s one of the more budget-friendly cordless options in its category.

Stiletto Titanium T-Bone Hammers in Limited Colors

Stiletto officially announced limited edition finishes for their T-Bone 15 titanium hammer, now available in black, army green, and gold. These keep the same lightweight, durable titanium design, 45% lighter than steel while hitting just as hard. With interchangeable grips and replaceable steel faces, they’re as functional as they are stylish. Price: $349.99, shipping in October.

DeWalt 20V MAX Pipe Deburring Tool (DW-DCE710B)

DeWalt continues pushing specialty cordless tools with their new 20V MAX Pipe Deburring Tool, designed for both inside and outside deburring. It handles 3/8″–2″ pipe across copper, PVC, EMT, black iron, stainless, aluminum, and more. Features include rust-resistant blades, protective bumpers, and a removable blade for easy maintenance. Priced at $219 bare tool, pre-orders are already live.

Milwaukee Expands Force Logic Press Rings

Milwaukee is adding pivoting press rings for RLS fittings and Zoom Lock Max / Maxi Pro fittings. The pivoting design allows contractors to approach connections at better angles in cramped spaces, making HVAC and refrigeration installs easier and flame-free. Both sets cover ¼”–⅞” sizes and ship with jaws, gauge, and a hard case. The RLS kits arrive in September 2025 for $2,499, with Zoom Lock Max following in October.

EGO 10″ Oscillating Misting Fan

EGO’s misting fan (EGO-FN1000) combines up to 1,700 CFM airflow with three oscillation modes and three misting levels. It can pull water from a bottle or run off a hose connection, delivering cooling for up to 60 hours on low with a 5.0Ah battery. Great for gardens, pets, jobsites, or sports, though maybe not the best homework helper.
