60 NEW Power Tools aimed at Milwaukee! Hilti expands the NURON lineup again!

Hilti isn’t holding back. Rob and Sarah traveled to Germany for an inside look at 60 brand-new NURON tools, and it’s clear Hilti has one goal, to own the entire jobsite. From compact drills and saws to full-on demolition breakers, mag drills, and even a LiDAR room scanner, this lineup shows Hilti is going after all category pros rely on, all on one battery platform.

A Battery Platform Built for Everything

The big message from Hilti: no cords, no gas, no compromises.
Their new DSH 922 Battery Cut-Off Saw is a great example. It’s built to match the speed of gas saws, delivering a full 6″ cut depth using a 14″ blade, thanks to clever pulley engineering. It’s faster to start, safer to use (with a blade brake and 3D active torque control), and quieter with zero emissions. According to Hilti, four batteries equal one tank of gas in runtime, and lifetime operating costs are 75% lower.

Then there’s the TE 3000-22, Hilti’s most powerful cordless breaker yet. It’s designed to compete with a 90-pound air hammer without compressors or hoses. You can break up to 1.8 tons of concrete on a single charge cycle, and still go home without the fatigue or setup hassle of pneumatic tools.

Power, Precision, and Safety in Concrete Drilling

Hilti didn’t stop at cutting and breaking. Their new SDS-Plus and SDS-Max rotary hammers deliver 30% more power and feature something called 3D Active Vibration Reduction (AVR). Instead of just isolating the handle, the entire motor assembly floats inside the shell, cutting vibration across all directions. Add a built-in dust system with a larger transparent box and vacuum port, and you’ve got a cleaner, safer drilling setup that keeps up with corded tools.

The TE 70-22 SDS-Max fills the gap for larger hammer drilling applications, proving Hilti’s cordless tools can truly match the performance of corded ones.

Steel, Wood, and Metal Tools That Think Ahead

Hilti’s lineup also expands beyond concrete. Their new mag drill uses a permanent magnet that stays locked even when the battery is out, smart safety. The drill stops automatically if it binds, and it has reversible controls for tapping threads.

They’ve also added a Steel/Metal Specialist Drill/Driver with 3,500 RPM and a digital torque setting that’s controlled from the base of the tool. Meanwhile, carpenters and framers get new woodcutting tools, including a chainsaw (SCN 60) with an electronic brake and clear status lights, and a 7-1/4″ circular saw with a redesigned dust channel, Bluetooth vacuum connection, and a rafter hook.

Oh, and the first Hilti 10″ jobsite table saw made its debut too. Every accessory, from fence to push stick, stores onboard. It’s compact, safe, and built for real-world transport and setup.

The Future of Jobsite Power

Powering all this innovation is the latest generation of NURON batteries, and Hilti’s new flash charging system changes the game. The B22-260 battery, built with stacked lithium cells, can charge to 80% in about 21 minutes. Combine that with their dual-bay and quad-bay flash chargers, and downtime nearly disappears.

For shops running dozens of batteries, Hilti even offers a smart power bar that lets you charge up to 48 packs from one outlet, prioritizing the most critical ones first. It’s a total rethink of how battery fleets are managed on big sites.

Smarter Storage and Organization

Hilti’s ProKit modular storage system now includes drawers, crates, and even a dolly that isn’t locked to one box. Stack what you want, roll what you need, and mount it all on their new steel wall rail system, perfect for the van, the shop, or the jobsite.

Some of Hilti’s upcoming tools will even connect directly to this system, blurring the line between tool and storage setup.

Taking Control of Consumables

One of the biggest challenges contractors face isn’t just tools, it’s the small stuff. Drill bits, anchors, nails, and consumables add up in both cost and chaos. Hilti’s answer? A full consumable management program that automates restocking and billing. Their PASS system simplifies everything into one fixed monthly invoice, while Refill and OnTrack use real-time data to keep shelves stocked. For high-traffic job boxes, the Smart Locker tracks usage automatically by weight and assigns costs by project.

The Wild Card: A One-Button 3D Scanner

Yes, Hilti even made a LiDAR room scanner. It’s so simple that anyone, from a foreman to a first-day intern, can walk into a room, press one button, and get a complete 3D scan in under a minute. The tablet syncs live with your scans, lets you measure on-site, and can send data straight back to the office for instant use. It’s a bold move into digital jobsite workflows.

Should You Switch?

If you work in concrete, demo, or large-scale construction, Hilti’s latest NURON lineup makes a strong case. The cordless performance is real, safety tech is industry-leading, and the battery management system solves a pain point most crews live with daily. Add in modular storage and consumable automation, and Hilti’s offering more than tools, they’re offering a system.

For trades already invested in Milwaukee, DeWALT, or Bosch, switching platforms is a serious call. But if you’re chasing cleaner jobsites, faster charging, and one ecosystem for everything from compactors to mag drills, Hilti’s NURON platform might be the first to truly rival the red and yellow giants.

And a big thank-you to Ohio Power Tool, a trusted, family-owned partner since 1983 that truly lives and breathes the trades. Whether you’re exploring Hilti’s new NURON lineup or sticking with your current battery platform, Ohio Power Tool is here to keep you powered up with the latest tool releases, in-depth reviews, and exclusive deals, all backed by a team that knows tools inside and out.
