15 NEW Power Tools Announced from Milwaukee, Harbor Freight, DeWALT, BOSCH, RYOBI and more!

The latest episode of The Tool Show showcases a huge wave of tool releases from Milwaukee, DeWALT, Bosch, Harbor Freight, RYOBI, and others. With drills, blowers, mixers, chainsaws, and even tool storage solutions hitting the shelves, there’s something here for every trade and toolbox. Let’s break it down.

DeWALT Launches Compact XR Drills with Smart Safety Features

DeWALT has unveiled two new XR drills: the DCD801 drill driver and the DCD806 hammer drill. While they closely resemble last year’s DCD85 combo, these new models deliver 1,500 max watts about a 15% boost in power without increasing bulk.

Importantly, DeWALT added anti-rotation technology. A built-in sensor cuts power instantly during a bind-up, protecting your wrist. Both tools also feature improved lighting with a 70-lumen three-position work light. If you opt for the DCD801 kit, you’ll also get DeWALT’s brand-new 4Ah Power Pack batteries only available in this kit for now.

Five New DeWALT Chalk Reels Fit Every Jobsite Need

DeWALT didn’t stop at drills. They also launched five new chalk reels for different trades. The lineup includes:

  • A compact 50-ft reel with a 3:1 rewind
  • A diecast 100-ft version with a debris-sealed spool
  • A bi-material 100-ft reel with 4:1 rewind
  • A Tough Series version with 6:1 gear and a bold braided line
  • A 150-ft large-capacity reel for big layout jobs

These reels range from $10 to just under $20 and are now available online and in stores.

Hercules Rear-Handle Circular Saw Hits Harbor Freight

Harbor Freight’s Hercules line has jumped into the rear-handle circular saw category. The new 20V, 7-1/4″ worm drive–style saw boasts a brushless motor that hits 5,800 RPM. On a single 12Ah battery, it can make up to 725 cross cuts in 2×4 lumber—a standout claim.

With a magnesium footplate, electronic brake, LED cutline light, and a left-mounted blade for better visibility, this tool balances performance and design. It’s priced at $149.99 (bare tool) and available now.

Knipex Introduces Practical Storage Solutions

Stepping beyond pliers, Knipex has released a smart three-compartment tool tote with 25 pockets and a padded strap. For extra organization, they also introduced:

  • A three-pack of stand-up tool pouches with color-coded tops
  • A two-pack of rugged zippered bags for loose parts

All bags are built tough and will be available through distributors soon.

Milwaukee’s MXF600 Blower Packs Gas-Like Power Without the Noise

Milwaukee has unleashed the MXF600 blower, powered by the MX Fuel system. It pushes 800 CFM at 190 MPH more than some 63cc gas models but operates at a quiet 64 dB. Three modes (low, medium, high) can be locked remotely using the ONE-KEY system.

Comfort hasn’t been overlooked. The 30-lb blower includes a harness, telescoping nozzle, and sliding handle. The full kit retails for $2,999, while the bare tool costs $999. Pre-orders are live at Ohio Power Tool.

Bosch Ditches the Hose with Cordless Stapler and Mixer

Bosch’s GTH1-18V50M medium crown stapler brings pneumatic-like power in a cordless package. It runs on the AMPShare 18V battery and fires three staples per second, with a 1,100-staple range on a 4Ah battery.

Meanwhile, the new GRW18B160 paddle mixer is built for mixing mortar, epoxy, or stucco. It features dual gear ranges, soft start, kickback control, and an ergonomic dual-handle design. Both tools should hit stores later this summer.

RYOBI Adds Muscle to Its 40V Lineup

RYOBI’s latest 40V HP brushless blower hits 800 CFM at 180 MPH—comparable to a 31cc gas model. It’s part of their Whisper Series, meaning it runs at a neighbor-friendly 58.8 dB. RYOBI claims the kit version will run for 85 minutes, though that may be optimistic.

They also launched a 16″ 40V HP chainsaw that’s equivalent to a 40cc gas saw. With its 16″ bar, you can cut logs up to 28 inches wide. The chainsaw kit is priced at $269, while the bare tool runs $199.

RYOBI Days Returns with a Major Battery Deal

The annual RYOBI Days event is back at Home Depot. For $199, you get a high-performance starter kit with three batteries and a charger. Even better, you can pick one free tool from a list of 23 options.

Some standout choices include the 2-in impact wrench and the compact 6-1/2″ circular saw. However, the popular barrel grip jigsaw didn’t make the list.

New Packout Drawer from Milwaukee Delivers Flexibility

Milwaukee’s Packout drawer box now comes in a rolling version. It offers easier access without lifting stacked units. Jake from Tech Made Easy compared it to the standard box in his recent review, noting its extra durability and smart design.
