Vince and the VCG Crew love to dig deep into a manual when trying out a new tool or gadget. This week he tries out a Dewalt quick connect impact chuck, and in the process discovers that Dewalt recommends using bacon grease while drilling through metal! Brent left behind his podcast booth to show us a new set of insulated hand tools from Fluke. Which is a brand. Father’s Day is this weekend so for my project of the week, I needed to find the most epic, manly dad gift ever. Swipe and turn your phone??@clarkconcreteconstruction and I decided to go head to head with the @boschtoolsna corded Bulldog Xtreme Max and the new 18v cordless Bulldog. We were drilling 1/2” holes for rebar. We had the same 4 cutter bit. In the first video I have the cordless first. In the second video Tyler has the cordless and basically smokes me. I was trying to at least keep up but it didn’t happen. Bosch made this new cordless hammer better than the corded Bulldog which is the worlds best selling rotary hammer for a reason!! I think that is pretty cool stuff!
