It’s been a few weeks since Milwaukee blessed us with new tools, so you can imagine our relief this morning when they dropped two highly anticipated nailers on us. Well, not ON us, that would hurt, but you get it. Let’s Go!
Milwaukee just announced not one, but two new M18 FUEL finish nailers in both 15 gauge and 16 gauge. Let’s start with the 15. This is the Milwaukee M18 FUEL 15g Angled Finish Nailer. It drives 1 ¼” to 2 ½” 34 degree DA Style 15ga finish nails to the perfect depth thanks to the tool-free depth adjustment. The bumpers and overmold will protech your finished surfaces, the tool free jam clearing latch will let you clear jams… you know… tool-free. Hence the name.
But that’s not all. The new 15g is accompanies by the next gen Milwaukee M18 FUEL16g Angled Finish Nailer. It’ll drive the same 1 ¼” to 2 ½” nails, but of course 20 Degree 16g.
Both nailers have Sequential and Contact Actuation modes, zero ramp up time, powered by their Nitrogen Air Spring Mechanism. So no gas cartridges, no constant cleaning or maintenance, just consistent 3 nail per second performance thanks to the POWERSTATE brushless motor.
So when can you get them? Well, the Milwaukee 2839 M18 FUEL 15Ga Angled Finish Nailer will be available THIS MONTH for $329 bare, or $399 in a kit with a single 2ah battery pack, charger and contractor bag. Milwaukee… WHY don’t these come in a custom packout? I swear we’d all pay $50 more if it did. And that could be the gateway packout to a new life of packout addiction. Anyways, if 16ga better suits your needs, or if you’re like me and just want both, you can pick up the Milwaukee 2841 M18 FUEL 16Ga Angled Finish nailer for the same $329 Bare or $399 kit in January.
