Milwaukee’s M18 FUEL Random Orbital Polishers are the first true corded replacements in the market. These polishers deliver more power and control than any other cordless option, making them the perfect tools for professional detailers. Designed for comfort and efficiency, these tools are ideal for long hours of use, reducing noise and vibration to minimize fatigue and boost productivity.
Both the 15mm and 21mm versions are equipped with the power needed for heavy-duty polishing and correction. Thanks to the FUEL label, these polishers feature Redlink Plus technology, which automatically adjusts motor and electronics to maintain speed and power under load. This ensures consistent performance without sacrificing quality. Additionally, the backing plates remain cool during use, allowing you to keep polishing without interruption.
Milwaukee focused on creating a tool that’s comfortable to hold for extended periods. The balance and grip are optimized to reduce fatigue. Both versions are engineered to ensure that the battery stays more than 2 inches away from the work surface, preventing any potential damage to your paintwork.
Both polishers offer a variable speed trigger, an 8-position speed dial, and a trigger lock button. The 15mm model delivers speeds ranging from 2,650 to 5,100 RPM, while the 21mm version operates at speeds between 2,400 and 4,500 RPM, providing flexibility for different polishing tasks.
When paired with an M18 Redlithium High Output XC6.0 battery, you can expect up to 53 minutes of standard polishing time. On heavy correction applications, the battery lasts up to 20 minutes. For long workdays, you may need to rotate a few batteries.
The M18 FUEL Random Orbital Polishers will be available in April. The 15mm kit will retail for $529, and the 21mm kit will be priced at $559. Both kits include two XC6.0 batteries, a rapid charger, and a carrying bag.
