17 NEW Power Tools from Milwaukee!
World of Concrete always brings big announcements, and Milwaukee showed up ready. This year, the brand rolled out 17 new Milwaukee power tools, along with major updates to charging, storage, safety gear, and heavy-duty concrete equipment.
DeWalt and Harbor Freight also made noise this week, but Milwaukee clearly focused on jobsite productivity, faster charging, and higher performance for demanding trades. Here’s a breakdown of the biggest releases.
DeWalt Opens with PowerShift Concrete Equipment
Before diving into Milwaukee, DeWalt grabbed attention with two PowerShift tools built for concrete pros.
The PowerShift 12″ Cut-Off Saw uses a gear-driven system and PowerShift batteries to deliver serious cutting power without gas. It cuts deep into concrete, rebar, and ductile iron while reducing noise and fumes.
DeWalt also introduced a PowerShift 1-1/8″ Hex Demolition Hammer that delivers massive impact energy for heavy demolition. It includes vibration control and wireless dust extractor compatibility, which helps crews stay productive and compliant on large jobs.
Harbor Freight Expands Predator Generator Line
Harbor Freight launched four new Predator generators with built-in carbon monoxide shutoff protection. The lineup includes quiet inverter models and larger traditional units for jobsite and backup power.
The inverter models provide pure sine wave power for electronics, while the larger generators focus on runtime and heavy output. All models are available now, giving contractors more budget-friendly power options.
Milwaukee’s 17 New Tools: The Highlights
Milwaukee covered multiple trades with this launch, from electricians and framers to concrete and demolition crews.
Faster Charging for Entire Crews
Milwaukee introduced the M18 & M12 Four-Bay Simultaneous Super Charger with PACKOUT compatibility. This charger handles four batteries at once and dramatically cuts downtime.
It supports M18 and M12 packs, uses active cooling, and intelligently balances power between bays. Crews running multiple tools can now keep batteries cycling all day from one mobile charging station.
New PACKOUT Crate System
Milwaukee expanded PACKOUT storage with four new crate styles:
- PACKOUT XL Crate for large tool storage
- Wire Pulling XL Crate for electricians handling spools
- Low-Profile Crate with adjustable dividers
- Compact Crate for smaller gear
Each crate stacks and hangs within the PACKOUT system, making material access easier on busy jobsites.
BOLT Cooling Fan for Helmets
Milwaukee also launched the BOLT REDLITHIUM USB Cooling Fan. This fan mounts directly to BOLT helmets and hard hats and delivers airflow to keep workers cool.
It runs on Milwaukee’s USB battery platform and includes multiple airflow duct options. For crews working in heat, this small accessory can make a big difference in comfort and endurance.
Rear Handle Circular Saws Get Bigger and More Powerful
Milwaukee released two new rear-handle circular saws.
The M18 FUEL 7-1/4″ Rear Handle Saw with ONE-KEY targets framers who want worm-drive performance with cordless freedom. It includes kickback protection and wireless dust control.
Milwaukee also unveiled a 10-1/4″ Rear Handle Circular Saw designed for deep cuts in large lumber. Despite its size, Milwaukee kept the weight low to reduce fatigue.
Demolition Power Expands in M18 and MX FUEL
Concrete and demo crews got two major upgrades.
The M18 FUEL 18 lb SDS MAX Demolition Hammer delivers heavy impact energy in a cordless format. It includes vibration control and dust extractor integration.
For even larger jobs, Milwaukee introduced the MX FUEL 27 lb SDS MAX Demolition Hammer. This model provides corded-level performance for chipping and trenching while staying fully battery powered.
More Milwaukee Tools Coming in Hands-On Coverage
These announcements only scratch the surface. Milwaukee also revealed updates across charging, safety, storage, and high-demand cutting tools. We’ll get hands-on time with each tool directly from the show floor in upcoming coverage.
Harbor Freight Purple Tool Cabinets Steal Attention
Outside of power tools, Harbor Freight’s new US General Series 3 purple tool cabinets turned heads. The system offers large capacity, built-in power options, and modular add-ons at a price far below premium truck brands.
For mechanics and serious DIYers, these cabinets deliver pro-level storage without the premium brand price tag.
Platinum Tool Deal from Ohio Power Tool
This week’s Ohio Power Tool platinum deal gives $50 off $100+ in-stock outdoor power equipment. The code works for the first 25 users when the show goes live.
Milwaukee focused on speed, mobility, and serious power at this year’s World of Concrete. Faster charging, better storage, improved safety gear, and heavy-duty cordless demo tools all point toward one goal: keeping crews working longer with less downtime.
If this lineup is any indication, 2026 will push cordless performance even further into traditionally corded and gas-powered territory.
