Southwire Teams Up with the Wounded Warrior Project
Southwire has announced an amazing new line of tools co-branded with the Wounded Warrior Project (WWP). These tools proudly feature the WWP logo alongside the American flag, marking a powerful partnership. The new collection includes:

- CTEX Series Automatic Roto Split Cutter
- Terminal Crimper and Cutter
- 9-inch High Leverage Side Cutting Pliers
- 50-foot Contractor Grade Extension Cord with red, white, and blue striping
This initiative is part of Southwire’s three-year project with the Wounded Warrior Project, where they’ll donate $100,000 annually, totaling over $300,000 to support programs for mental health, career counseling, and rehabilitative care for veterans and their families. Ridgid’s New Flex Shaft Drain Cleaning Machine

Milwaukee has rolled out two new pry bars designed specifically for mechanics. Available in 36-inch (45-74-9236) and 42-inch (45-74-9242) sizes, these new bars boast an I-beam design, providing 40% more pry strength than the previous models. They also come with a built-in hammer-ready strike cap, so you can get the job done without worrying about damage. Plus, the anti-slip tip gives you better control, and the trilobe handle features a durable chrome finish for a solid grip.
The 36-inch pry bar is priced at $89.99, while the 42-inch version will retail for $99.99. These will be available this month and are backed by Milwaukee’s lifetime guarantee.
DeWALT’s New Elite Series Abrasive Grinding Wheels
DeWALT has expanded their tool offerings with the launch of their Elite Series Abrasive Grinding Wheels (DW-DWA8933FH). These wheels promise up to 50% longer life in extreme applications. They feature a high grain density design and are packed with self-sharpening crystalline grain to speed up your grinding work. Whether you’re working with metal, concrete, or masonry, these wheels are built to last. They come in diameters ranging from 4.5 to 9 inches and are available in packs of 10 or 25.
Milwaukee’s Nitrous Carbide Extreme Metal Blades
Milwaukee also announced the Nitrous Carbide Extreme Metal Blades, designed to cut bolts, screws, and nails with more effectiveness than previous models. These blades feature an optimized blade length and unique carbide blend to enhance cutting capabilities in a variety of materials such as screw-embedded wood and cement board. The new design ensures reduced vibration and better control while cutting.
These blades are part of the Nitrous Carbide product family, known for their fast and versatile cutting in various materials. Available in Extreme Metal and Extreme Materials options, these blades will be sold in packs of 1, 3, or 5, starting at $24.99.
Milwaukee’s M18 Fuel 14-inch Chainsaw
