Shop Lights that run on Milwaukee and DeWALT batteries!

If you’re like me, you know that proper lighting is a game changer when you’re working in tight spaces. Whether you’re working under a truck frame, inside an engine bay, or anywhere that lighting is hard to come by, the right tools make all the difference. That’s why I’m excited to talk about Goose-Grip’s latest lighting solutions—now powered by both Milwaukee and DeWALT batteries!

A few months ago, I introduced you to the Goose-Grip Mechanics Light, a unique work light that combined an LED stick light with a super industrial suction cup, making it easy to attach to smooth surfaces like body panels, windows, or headlights. This light, powered by the Milwaukee M12 battery, quickly became a fan favorite. But as cool as it was, there was one issue: not every surface is smooth enough for the suction cup to stick to.

Well, Goose-Grip heard your feedback and came up with an ingenious solution!

The Goose-Grip Super Articulating Chassis Light

Introducing the Goose-Grip Super Articulating Chassis Light. This new design features a sturdy Irwin vice grip that allows you to clamp the light to just about any surface where a suction cup can’t stick. Whether you’re working on a truck frame or under a lift, this clamp-on light will stay exactly where you need it. It still features the same powerful 44-LED array that produces 1300 lumens of light, making it more than capable of illuminating those dark work areas.

One of the best parts? It’s still powered by the Milwaukee M12 battery, so if you’re already using M12 tools, you can easily swap batteries for up to 4 hours of continuous runtime on a 4Ah battery.

DeWALT Battery Option Now Available

As if that wasn’t enough, Goose-Grip has made sure everyone is covered. They’ve now launched DeWALT-compatible versions of both the Mechanics Light and the Chassis Light, so if you’re a DeWALT fan, you don’t have to miss out on these awesome lights. And, yes—they’re priced the same as the M12 versions.

The New Goose-Grip Swivel Stick Remote Magnetic LED Light

But wait, there’s more! Goose-Grip has just released a brand-new lighting solution: the Goose-Grip Swivel Stick Remote Magnetic LED Light. This 12-inch light bar is also capable of producing 1300 lumens of brightness, but with an added twist. The light is mounted to a stainless-steel swivel with a super-strong magnet on the bottom. The best part? The battery has its own magnets and a 3-foot cord, allowing you to position the light exactly where you need it while placing the battery in a more convenient location.

Whether you’re using the suction cup, vice grip, or magnet, this versatile lighting solution is perfect for those ultra-tight spaces—assuming you’ve got a metal surface to attach it to, of course.

Price and Warranty

You can grab any of these lights for $199 each or get them in a kit for $449, which includes a custom zippered tool case to keep everything organized. Plus, Goose-Grip has an excellent warranty: if something breaks, just send them a photo and they’ll replace it at cost. No repair costs over $20? That’s a win in my book.

Which Light Would You Choose?

So, which of these lights would you choose if you could only get one? I’ve been using the suction cup version for a while now, and while I love it, I can definitely see the value in the clamping option. And if you’ve got a soft spot for magnets like I do, that new swivel magnetic light is a fantastic addition to the lineup.

Let me know in the comments which light you’d pick, or if you have any questions about them!
