First up, FLEX wrapped up the third wave of their Pro Tools launch, and they didn’t disappoint. The FLEX FX 3211Z Die Grinder made waves with its compact size and impressive features, including up to 28,000 RPM and adjustable speeds—perfect for tight spaces. It’s designed to take on metal and welds where traditional grinders can’t reach. The grinder is also equipped with an anti-kickback braking tech, offering an extra layer of safety.
Next, FLEX introduced their FX 5121Z Inspection Light. This versatile tool features adjustable brightness settings and a 180-degree pivot and 270-degree swivel, allowing you to light up large areas with ease. With multiple mounting options, including a magnetic base, this light is ready for any jobsite.

Makita Unveils New Tools for Every Job
Makita brought some serious heavy hitters to the table, including their 18V LXT Rebar Tying Tool (XRT02). This powerful tool offers a deeper capacity for rebar and can tie up to 4,000 ties on a single charge. If you’re working with rebar regularly, this tool will save you time and energy. They also introduced a 40V XGT Angle Grinder (GAG-11), boasting a 60% faster cutting speed than previous models, thanks to its brushless motor and quick, tool-free wheel change system. Expect smoother cuts and more efficiency on your next project!

Bosch’s ProFactor lineup got even better with the addition of their 18V Left Circular Saw and the ProFactor 18V Slide Miter Saw. The circular saw promises the same power you’d get from a corded tool, while the miter saw boasts impressive cutting abilities and portability, making it a must-have for jobsite versatility.
Hilti also rolled out a 22V Cordless Paddle Mixer and the TE 2022 Cordless Jackhammer, designed for extreme demolition work. The latter can handle up to 1.5 tons of concrete on a single charge—talk about powerful!
Milwaukee’s Game-Changing Tools: MX Fuel and More
Milwaukee made a major splash with their MX Fuel Pipe Threading Machine. This machine is designed for professionals who need portability, power, and efficiency. It comes with a new threading die head with micro adjustments, a collapsible cart for easy transportation, and enough juice to thread up to 2-inch pipes.
