We anxiously opened the email expecting the long neck versions everyone has been asking for, but instead there was an all new tool that has nothing to do with high speed ratchets. This thing is another pneumatic killer, and I’m going to tell you every last details about it. Let’s Go

And this is the all new Milwaukee M18 FUEL ¼” Blind Rivet Tool w/ONE-KEY, the industry’s fastest cordless rivet tool They say it installs rivets up to 50% faster and delivers up to 3x longer life versus competitive cordless rivet tools.
2 years ago, they launched their first cordless rivet gun, powered by their 12V platform. But this new version is not only powered by their 18V platform but it features the FUEL badge which means 3 things. 1. It’s got a POWERSTATE Brushless Motor, 2. REDLITHIUM battery pack, and 3. REDLINK PLUS Intelligence that allows the first 2 to communicate, resulting it better power management, battery life, and more power over all. The new M18 Blind Rivet Tool delivers 4,500 lbs of pulling force for high strength blind rivets in all materials.
And with only a tiny 2AH battery, it can install up to 900 3/16” aluminum or 500 ¼” aluminum blind rivets.
The tools features a 3-jaw design built with premium steel alloy materials, that last longer, delivering more work between jaw changes. It also has an all-metal gear case impact strength plastics, and protective over-mold, ensuring it’ll survive long distance drops in the shop.
The Rivet tool comes with a set of four retention nose pieces in 3/16”, 7/32”, ¼” and 9/32”, to hold blind rivets in place once inserted into the tool. And all these nose pieces are stored on the tool along with a wrench for making the switch on the fly. Non-retention nose pieces will be available separately. And last of all, if you need to install rivets in hard to reach places, there’s also a 6” extension available.
