The latest Power Tools for 2025 from Milwaukee, Makita, Diablo, EGO and more!

If you’re a tool junkie, buckle up, because this year’s hottest innovations from Milwaukee, DeWalt, Diablo, EGO, GearWrench, Hilti, and many more just dropped at the grand opening of Acme Tools’ newest mega store in Eagan, Minnesota. And yes, The Tool Show was on-site to capture all the action.

Innovation on Every Aisle

The event was more than just a retail launch, it was a full-on celebration of cutting-edge tool tech. From cordless concrete saws to next-gen pressure washers, every corner of the store buzzed with innovation. Throughout the day, we explored booth after booth, and what we found was nothing short of remarkable.

RIDGID’s All-in-One Threader Changes the Game

To kick things off, RIDGID introduced a self-contained threading machine that eliminates the hassle of oil buckets. Unlike the traditional 300 Complete, this new unit lets you cut, ream, and thread with built-in oil delivery, which means less mess and less guesswork. Moreover, with the optional folding cart, it’s surprisingly portable, just remember to drain the oil before transport.

Diablo Takes on the “Nasty Sandwich” with Confidence

Next, over at the Diablo booth, we watched their Demo Demon framing blade slice through what they call the “nasty sandwich”, a brutal mix of asphalt shingles, siding, lag bolts, and plywood. Thanks to their Tracking Point Technology, the blade tracked straight through the chaos, and thanks to the Permac coating, it stayed cool to the touch. As a result, even after a demo cut, it was still smooth and sharp.

EGO’s Pressure Washer: Cordless Power That Goes Anywhere

Moving on to EGO, their 3200 PSI pressure washer turned heads not just with its power, but with its versatility. Whether you’re hooked up to a garden hose or pulling water from a bucket, this tool keeps the pressure high. Even better, you can control the settings right from the wand—no need to run back to the base. In turbo mode, it blasts grime away with ease, making it ideal for jobs that need serious cleaning power.

GearWrench Bolt Biter Bites BackHard

Then we stopped by GearWrench to check out the Bolt Biter extraction system. Unlike standard sockets, these innovative tools feature a tapered inward grip and fluted edges. As a result, they bite down on rounded fasteners without slipping, and best of all—they’re bidirectional. That means you can remove a damaged bolt and reuse it for the rest of the repair. Additionally, they’re impact-rated and compatible with wrenches, sockets, and nut drivers alike.

The KNAACK Utility Cart Rolls Over Everything (Literally)

After that, we got our hands on the KNAACK Utility Cart, and it’s truly built for the jobsite. Featuring oversized 8” casters, it rolls over cords, rocks, and debris with ease, unlike the standard 6” versions you’ll find on most carts. Not only is it available in five different colors, but it also includes a lockable shell for added security. In short, this cart is built tough and made to last.

DeWalt’s Cordless Transfer Pump Moves 10 GPM, Fast

Over in the DeWalt booth, we got a first look at their 20V MAX cordless transfer pump. With an output of 10 gallons per minute, it’s perfect for moving water quickly and efficiently. The impeller window adds a nice visual touch (and maintenance awareness), and the tool’s self-priming feature means setup is fast and frustration-free. It’s simple, rugged, and ready for tough jobs.

Greenlee Bender Combines Precision and Simplicity

In contrast to older models, Greenlee’s new 854DX bender eliminates the need for separate shoes and supports. Now, one tool handles EMT, IMC, and Rigid conduit from ½” to 2″. Thanks to its digital pendant and roller support, it offers pinpoint accuracy with less effort. In essence, this tool saves time, reduces parts, and boosts productivity right out of the box.

Hilti’s Gen 2 Neuron Saws Cut Concrete Without the Chaos

Finally, Hilti blew us away with their Gen 2 Neuron battery-powered concrete saws. These powerful machines replace traditional gas saws with clean, quiet performance—and still deliver 60cc and 70cc class power. With active torque control, blade brakes, and dust suppression via cordless water tanks, they’re redefining what it means to cut concrete safely. Whether you’re working with slabs, pavers, or masonry, these saws just get it done.

As you can see, 2025 is shaping up to be a landmark year for power tools. From advanced blade tech and rugged carts to cordless solutions that outperform their gas-powered predecessors, this year’s lineup is all about working smarter, cleaner, and faster.

So, whether you’re a contractor, a tradesperson, or just a serious DIYer, now’s the time to upgrade. Don’t settle for outdated tools when there’s next-gen performance waiting for you.

These are just some of the brands and tools we saw at this grand opening, including gear from Milwaukee, DeWalt, Diablo, EGO, RIDGID, Hilti, Greenlee, and more. For a closer look and some incredibly cool demos, watch the full video and see these innovations in action for yourself.
