Alright you pipe fitters and plumbers, have you heard of the Wheeler Rex Sidekick II? We published a quick look video some time ago and I figured now is a good time to share it!

Right out of the box, you can thread 1/2″ to 1″ pipe. If you need to thread a smaller diameter, you can also purchase 1/4″ to 3/8″ die heads.

No need to haul pipe up and down to the big threader outside. The key feature to this threader is portability. Weighing in at only 58lbs., the Sidekick II is easy to carry around, especially if you’re working in a residential environment. Not to mention if your working multiple floors or doing sprinkler work.

All in one compact size, this full featured tool can cut, thread and ream the pipe. Also, this tool features a self oiling head. Just dump the oil right into the pan and dive right into threading.

Very easy to use and portable. This is an easy decision for anyone threading 1″ diameter pipe everyday.
