Metabo’s New Tools: Grease Gun, Sander, and Grinders
Metabo has launched some impressive tools this week.
18V Grease Gun
First up, the 18V Grease Gun (FB18 LTX). This tool is designed for quick and easy use in different greasy situations. It features two pressure settings and three ways to load grease: using a cartridge, directly from a bucket, or filling the canister. It’s ergonomically designed for comfort and includes a shoulder strap to reduce user fatigue.
6-Inch Random Orbit Sander
Next, Metabo unveiled their 6-inch Random Orbit Sander. This tool comes with adjustable speeds (from 4,000 to 10,000 RPM), making it ideal for various sanding tasks. It also has a dust collection system to keep your workspace clean.
Grinders
Lastly, Metabo introduced three new grinders in different sizes. They come with powerful brushless motors, reducing maintenance and improving performance. These tools will be available as bare tools or in kits.

LED Task Light & Flashlight
DeWALT also released a rechargeable LED Task Light (DW-DCL182) and Flashlight (DW-DCL183), each providing up to 1,000 lumens of brightness. They’re built for tough conditions with a magnetic base for hands-free use.
RIDGID’s SeaSnake Updates for Pipe Inspections
RIDGID has updated its SeaSnake product line, making pipe inspections easier than ever.
SeaSnake Micro Drain APX
The SeaSnake Micro Drain APX features an upgraded camera for better visibility in tight spaces like P-traps and toilets. It works well in pipes from 1.25 to 4 inches.
SeaSnake Nano Reel
RIDGID’s SeaSnake Nano Reel is perfect for smaller pipes. It’s flexible enough to navigate tight bends and can extend up to 82 feet.
Milwaukee’s Powerful New Tools: Crimpers, Chainsaws, and More

M18 Force Logic Utility Crimper

M18 Fuel Top Handle Chainsaw
Milwaukee’s M18 Fuel Top Handle Chainsaw (2826-21T) offers powerful cutting, faster than a 35cc gas chainsaw. It’s ideal for arborists and landscape professionals, with no gas-related headaches or high noise levels.
M18 Fuel Half-Inch Hammer Drill
The M18 Fuel Half-Inch Hammer Drill (2906-20) is the most powerful in its class. It’s designed to tackle tough jobs in tight spaces, all while delivering 30% more power.
M18 Fuel Impact Driver
Lastly, Milwaukee announced the M18 Fuel 1/4-Inch Impact Driver (2953-20). With advanced app customization, this tool provides the fastest driving speeds in its class.
Other Updates: Milwaukee Hand Tools, Solar Panels at Lowe’s, and More
Milwaukee also teased their upcoming line of Lineman’s Hand Tools, made in a new U.S. facility. These tools will be available in June, and pre-orders are open now.
Meanwhile, Lowe’s is making strides toward sustainability. They plan to install rooftop solar panels at 174 stores and distribution centers across the U.S., helping reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs.
