Just announced and planned to be on shelves shortly Ingersoll Rand will be adding some new 1/2″ titanium impact to their lineup. The 2235 Series will feature the 2235TiMAX ($299), 2235TiMAX-2 ($309), 2235QTiMAX ($309) & 2235QTiMAX-2 ($319), all of which will product 1350 FT-LBS “Nut Busting” torque at 8500 RPM. Starting at 4.6 lbs the new 2235TiMAX will be slightly heavier than the 2135TiMAX at 3.95 lbs and about 1/4″ longer but for an extra 250 ft-lbs torque probably worth the slightly larger size. These new Ingersoll Rand Impact Wrenches are available to order on Ohio Power Tool with the 2135 series tools at serious discounts. More info to follow!
