We’re literally only 2 weeks away from the first Milwaukee NPS of 2022, but apparently, Milwaukee still has a few surprises that just can’t wait. Let’s Go.
This is the all-new Milwaukee Wireless Dust Control Adapter and Remote Kit. Essentially you plug this guy in your wall, and then plug in any corded vac or dust extractor, up to 12amps, and instantly gives you remote control.
Milwaukee says that the remote can pair with the adapter in 3 seconds or less. That’s right boys, this sucker technically could connect in only 2 seconds, and the potential exists, to connect in only 1. I know… it also has LEDs that indicate pairing and operation which is nice.
The remote is equipped with an adjustable strap and removable belt clip, giving you many ways to keep it handy. The adapter fortunately is designed to only take up a single outlet, so you can still use the other one for your job site mood fountain. Except… Milwaukee also included this photo, of it taking up 4 outlets. Maybe they meant it left this one open? I don’t know.
And the best part of all? You can purchase additional remotes, and sync them all up to the same outlet, which is guaranteed NOT to be abused by your entirely mature and responsible coworkers. If you want ultimate remote control over your vac, you can pick one up next month, for $119 as a kit, and $49 for extra remotes.
